It is only a short time ago that I attended the opening of the brand new workshop of CAR REPAIRS TASMANIA and posted an article here about the fantastic new premises.

Now the hard work and commitment of Matthew & Alison Bradburn has been recognised in the Suncorp/AP&P Autobody Repairer of the Year Awards with Car Repairs Tasmania named Regional Winner (New) Victoria [which obviously includes Tasmania].

The judges commented on the orderly layout that includes custom made storage for the painters' equipment and the dedicated work bays for each panel beater.  The work bays are restocked daily with consumables and tools and that maximises productive time as the staff are not walking around the workshop looking for what they need.

Matthew says profit margins are not large so efficiency is the key in all aspects of the business.
