E-Business – Making Superannuation Easy

Tasplan is committed to making it as easy as possible for participating businesses to make their regular super contributions. No matter how many employees you have and irrespective of how often your award requires you to make super payments (monthly/quarterly) – Tasplan has a payment option to suit every business.
1. Employer Access
This is an internet option using the Tasplan website. It enables you to process contributions either directly from your payroll system or by entering the details yourself.
You can add or remove names and make changes – with an online record kept of all contribution returns. Payment by direct debit.
2. Payroll System
Tasplan can accept electronic files from many payroll systems. Give us a call on 1800 005 166 to discuss.
3. Spreadsheet
We can provide Excel spreadsheets for use (where employee numbers > 10).
You only need to update the spreadsheet each month and email to us for processing.
4. Contribution Return If none of the above are suitable, we'll continue to send a hardcopy of your monthly return and you can make payments by cheque or by direct deposit.
