Reduced fees mean more in your account

At Tasplan, we regularly review our fees to ensure members are getting the best value for money.

A perfect time to review our fees was after the recent transfer of the RBF Tasmanian Accumulation Scheme to Tasplan. Through the benefit of economies of scale and improved administration systems, we’ve made some reductions to our fees.

So, what changes have we made?

From 1 July 2017, we’ve:

  • removed our switching fee (buy-sell spreads may still apply)
  • reduced our part withdrawal fee to $30 for all members
  • and reduced our insurance premiums by 15%.

What does a fee reduction mean for you?

With less money being deducted from your account, you can save more money towards your retirement dream.

How can you find out more about these changes?

Stay tuned, our Tasplan Member guides and fact sheets will be updated with the new fee information by the end of September. These will be available at
