SuperRatingsTM

SuperRatings™ is a ratings company that reports on super fund investment returns and benchmarks super funds and pension funds. These super fund rankings are based on investment performance, fees, insurance options and non-super services.

2017 Gold Rating – Tasplan Super

In November 2016, Tasplan Super was awarded a ‘Gold’ rating for 2017. This is Tasplan Super’s ninth consecutive gold rating.
A gold rating indicates a ‘good value for money’ super fund that is strong in nearly all assessment areas.

 

2017 Gold Rating - MySuper investment option

In November 2016, Tasplan’s MySuper investment option was awarded a ‘Gold’ rating for 2017. 
A gold rating indicates a ‘good value for money’ super fund that is strong in nearly all assessment areas.

2017 Gold Rating – Tasplan Pension

In November 2016, Tasplan Pension was awarded a ‘Gold’ rating for 2017.
A gold rating indicates a ‘good value for money’ super fund that is strong in nearly all assessment areas. This is Tasplan Pension’s third consecutive gold rating.

Heron Partnership

The Heron Partnership's super fund rating service covers industry funds, master trusts and multi-employer funds, categorised as either personal or corporate super funds, as well as pension products. The Heron Partnership utilises a holistic methodology to assess and rate the various components of a super fund, grouped under five areas of importance investment arrangements, insurance, ancillary benefits, communications and contributions.

2018 Quality Star Rating – Tasplan Super

In January 2018, Tasplan Super was judged as ’outstanding’ and awarded 5 Heron Quality Stars for 2018. Scoring 5 out of 5 stars indicates a score of 80 or more out of 100. This score is awarded to a fund that is ‘outstanding’ – that is, ‘an outstanding product with a great depth of features and hence flexibility’.

Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards

Tasplan has been rated Industry Superannuation Fund of the Year for customer satisfaction in 2017.
Roy Morgan Research Customer Satisfaction ratings are collected from Roy Morgan’s Single Source survey of approximately 50,000 Australians annually – the world’s most comprehensive ongoing single source survey. Tasplan were monthly winners in September, October, November and December leading to us being named the overall Industry Superannuation Fund of the Year for 2017.

In 2017 Tasplan were nominated as finalists for the SuperRatings Rising Star award. This award recognises the fund that has excelled in terms of enhancing their value proposition to members through significantly improved services and benefits.

Project Management Achievement awards 2017 - Joint winner

The Project Management Achievement awards recognise, honour and promote outstanding achievements in program and project management.

In 2017, Tasplan Super was joint winner of the Organisation Change Management award for the RBF Tasmanian Accumulation Scheme successor fund transfer to Tasplan.

AIST Awards for Excellence

The AIST Awards for Excellence celebrate the amazing work of those working within the profit-to-member super sector striving to deliver projects, campaigns and solutions that are in the best interests of their members.

Winner 2017

In 2017, Tasplan was the winner of the award for the Best Internal Project (FUM under $10bn) for its RBF Successor Fund Transfer Accumulation Project.

AMI - Awards for Marketing Excellence
