Wayne Davy is Tasplan’s Chief Executive Officer and has responsibility for the general management and direction of the fund, operating within the strategic policies and procedures determined by the Board. Wayne fulfils the role of advisor to the Board and reports on all activities to the Board. 

Wayne has over twenty years’ experience in super and the financial services profit-for-member sector with qualifications in commerce, management and law. He was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1990 and then practised as a lawyer before embarking on a career in super and financial services. He specialises in the operation of businesses in a highly regulated environment and is passionate about delivering value and achieving outcomes for members and stakeholders through employing and nurturing great people to drive organisational performance.

Nick Connor

Chief Operations Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Operations Officer, Nick is responsible for the day-to-day operations activities of Tasplan encompassing all member and employer functions including financial planning, corporate and member IT systems, member administration and marketing. Nick has over 30 years' management experience in the Tasmanian financial services industry and joined Tasplan from RBF where he also held the role of Chief Operations Officer.

Ian Lundy

Ian leads the Investment team which manages Tasplan's investment portfolio. He oversees relationships with external investment management organisations and also staff responsible for assets managed internally by Tasplan. Investment operations and unit pricing is managed within the Investment team. Ian has more than 20 years' experience in investments and super in Australia and he joined Tasplan from RBF where he was Chief Investment Officer.

Ningning is responsible for the achievement of the strategic financial objectives and compliance requirements for Tasplan and its related entities. She oversees the key financial functions of the organisation including accounting, budgeting, taxation and strategic financial management. She has over 11 years' experience in the financial services industry and is a chartered accountant. Ningning enjoys supporting the local community.

Robyn Judd

Executive Manager, People and Culture

Robyn is responsible for leading and developing Tasplan's culture and delivering on Tasplan's people strategy within a rapidly changing environment. Robyn has over 10 years' human resources experience in a diverse range of industries, including retail, gaming and financial services. Robyn joined Tasplan from RBF where she also held the role of Manager People and Performance.

Greg Hanigan

Greg leads the governance, risk and compliance team who are responsible for the corporate governance and risk frameworks, regulatory reporting, legal and compliance, oversight of internal audit, and provision of the board secretariat service.

Greg joined Tasplan as an executive manager in 2009 and has over 14 years' experience in super. He has super fund merger experience gained from two successful transitions and integrations.

Greg is a Tasmanian State Councillor of the Governance Institute of Tasmania.

Keryn Welch

Keryn is responsible for the development and execution of strategy across the organisation and driving business transformation and pursuing third party opportunities. This role ensures connectivity of business units, support functions and external partners with organisational strategy.

Keryn has spent more than 20 years in senior management roles, with the last six years in the financial services industry.

Keryn is Chair and Secretary of a Tasmanian not-for-profit entity.
