Wayne Davy is Tasplan’s Chief Executive Officer and has responsibility for the general management and direction of the fund, operating within the strategic policies and procedures determined by the Board. Wayne fulfils the role of advisor to the Board and reports on all activities to the Board. Wayne began his career as a Barrister and Solicitor in Tasmania and in the UK. In 1997, he joined Quadrant Super as the new Board’s first employee. As CEO of both funds from March 2015, Wayne guided both Quadrant and Tasplan through their merger in November 2015.

He continues to head up Tasplan and looks forward to steering it through future successes.

As Chief Operations Officer, Nick is responsible for the day-to-day operations activities of Tasplan encompassing all member and employer functions including financial planning, corporate and member IT systems and member administration. Nick has over 25 years' management experience in the Tasmanian financial services industry and joined Tasplan from RBF where he also held the role of Chief Operations Officer.

Ian leads the Investment team which manages Tasplan's investment portfolio. Ian has more than 20 years' experience in investments and super in Australia and he joined Tasplan from RBF where he was Chief Investment Officer.

Ningning is responsible for the achievement of the strategic financial objectives and compliance requirements for Tasplan and its related entities. She oversees the key financial functions of the organisation including accounting, budgeting, taxation and strategic financial management. She has over 11 years' experience in the financial services industry and is a chartered accountant. Ningning enjoys supporting the local community and is a director of a Tasmanian not-for-profit organisation.

Robyn Judd

Robyn has over 10 years' human resources experience in a diverse range of industries, including retail, gaming and financial services. Robyn joined Tasplan from RBF where she also held the role of Manager People and Performance.

Greg is responsible for Tasplan’s corporate governance frameworks, regulatory reporting, policy development, and oversight of internal audit. He also leads the governance, risk and compliance team and manages the Board secretariat service. Greg has over 14 years' experience in super. He is also a Tasmanian State Councillor of the Governance Institute of Tasmania.

Keryn has spent more than 20 years in senior management roles, with the last six years in the financial services industry. Keryn is Chair and Secretary of a Tasmanian not-for-profit entity.
